Taylor's Free Speech Amendment

With decades of experience as a government relations expert and a congressional staffer and well as an elected municipal official, Taylor values cooperative approaches to finding solutions to legislative challenges. In 2019 after numerous attempts and a previous Mayoral veto, Wildwood's free Speech Amendment gained unanimous passage.

According to West Newsmagazine, "Taylor expressed enthusiasm at the revised language of the amendment and thanked the entire council and mayor following the affirmative vote. In a follow-up with West Newsmagazine, Taylor described the passage of the amendment as a cooperative effort.  'It’s great,' Taylor said. 'We worked at it together and came back with unanimity.'"
